Performance Grades
PG76 – PG-76-10
Petra Oil’s PG 76-10 is a premium-grade asphalt binder developed for extreme-performance paving applications in regions subject to intense heat and moderate cold conditions. Engineered in accordance with Superpave performance grading standards, PG 76-10 offers exceptional high-temperature stability (up to 76°C) while maintaining sufficient low-temperature flexibility down to -10°C.
This binder is the optimal solution for heavy-duty pavements where traffic loads are consistently high and environmental stresses demand superior material resilience. With its enhanced polymer-modified formulation, PG 76-10 provides outstanding resistance to rutting, shoving, and fatigue, ensuring long-lasting pavement performance under severe thermal and mechanical loads.
Manufactured to exceed AASHTO M320 requirements, PG 76-10 delivers uniform quality and high-performance reliability across all production batches. Its proven strength and flexibility make it ideal for high-speed, high-traffic corridors, urban arterials, and critical infrastructure projects requiring robust asphalt solutions.
Key Specifications of PG 76-10:
• Performance Grade: PG 76-10
• High-Temperature Grade: 76°C
• Low-Temperature Grade: -10°C
• Standard Compliance: AASHTO M320
• Type: Superpave Performance Grade Asphalt Binder
Main Applications of PG 76-10:
• Highways & Expressways: Built for lanes with sustained high traffic volumes and heavy loading in hot climates.
• Airport Runways & Taxiways: Provides outstanding deformation resistance under aircraft loading and thermal expansion.
• Bus Lanes & Freight Routes: Designed for slow-moving, high-load conditions with intense thermal stress.
Key Benefits of PG 76-10:
• Extreme Heat Resistance: Maintains structure and load-bearing capacity at elevated temperatures.
• Reduced Rutting and Fatigue: Prevents surface deformation and cracking under repetitive stress.
• Extended Pavement Lifespan: Minimizes lifecycle maintenance, reducing long-term repair costs.
• Consistent, High-Performance Output: Precision-formulated for superior reliability in critical applications.
